OrbitFix Plumbing respects your privacy. This page explains what personal data we collect, why we collect it, and how we protect it — in line with Singapore's Personal Data Protection Act (PDPA). Last updated: June 2026.
When you fill in our quote form or message us, we collect only what we need to help you: your name, mobile number, email (if you choose to give it), your area or postal code and property type, details of your plumbing issue, and how you heard about us. If you send us a photo or video of the problem, we collect that too.
We use your information to reply to your enquiry, give you a quote, arrange and carry out the job, and follow up afterwards (for example, about your warranty or to ask for feedback). We contact you by WhatsApp, call or message — whichever you've used.
To carry out your job, we share the details needed to complete it — your name, address and contact number, and a description of the problem — with the licensed plumber we assign. We may also use trusted tools (such as a secure spreadsheet or messaging service) to manage your request. We do not sell your data, and we don't use it for unrelated marketing.
Your details are kept in our private business records and are only accessible to OrbitFix and the plumber handling your job. We keep your information only as long as needed to serve you and to meet any legal or accounting requirements, after which we delete it.
Our website is a simple, static site. We may use standard analytics (such as Google tools) to understand general site traffic and improve the site. We don't use your visit to build advertising profiles.
Under the PDPA you may ask to access or correct the personal data we hold about you, or withdraw your consent for us to use it. Just contact us and we'll help.
